service brought to you by Flying Over New York Entertainment and
the disc jockeys you hear. All moneys that are collected, mainly
by donations are used solely for the upkeep of this service in other
words FONYE Radio is nonprofit. They are really just professional
disc jockeys who love to mix the hottest music to a listener audience
while giving recording artist's, another form of publicity and advertisement
for their works. Not intending to hurt, harm or infringe copyright
laws. If you are an artist or publishing company with exclusive
rights to works and do not want them to broadcast your work, please

and he would gladly remove it from the play
list immediately. By entering this site you agree not to or try
to copy, record, download and save their broadcasts with the intent
to bootleg, hurt and steal hard earned money from the artists that
allow us to share their work with you all. Remember that the recording
artist is a worker that is supporting themselves and their families
from a salary that could be less than minimum wage.

The artist makes on an average 2 cents
per album. Question: Have you ever bought a CD or album with 1 single???
Answer: NO, that is called a single. A major label would not even
publish an artist with only 1 single so multiply the above expense
by 10 and figure it out from there. Remember that when you wanna
buy a boot leg of your favorite artist. Just let these artists know
that their hard and talented work isn't in vain and pay the extra
money so that we all could be blessed with the gift of the next
album..........
