The convenience of hiring Our Consultants for your project is most of our work would be
performed at your home, office or location. This means that you do not have to worry about
unhooking and shipping your equipment to a remote location. Our professional technicians
come to you and fix your problems quickly and correctly the first time, every time. We
guarantee all of our work for up to 30 days. If there is a problem of any kind due to the work
we perform, we would come back and repair it at no additional cost. This does not include
damage due to faulty parts, but if we purchased the part for you, we would make every effort
to get the part replaced at no charge and our labor for the reinstall is once again covered
100% for up to 30 days.

Minimum cost of $150.00 is due at the set up of appointment
and includes Service Call, Diagnostic and repairs for the first
hour, not including parts and tolls.
$70.00 per hour for every hour thereafter, based on quarter
hour intervals.
Flat Rate Specials:
PC clean up - $50.00
Adware, spyware or Virus Removal - $125.00
Shared Internet connection(up to 3 PC's or devices) - $150.00
VOIP Telephone Installations - $100.00
VHS to DVD or Cassette to CD or any other type of digital
Conversions. $45.00
Home theater installation on stands (not in wall) includes
installation of TV, receiver, speakers and full Calibration -
$200.00
In wall or on wall home theater installations - $550.00
Flat Rate Pick Up And Delivery Services:
$150.00 is due at the set up of appointment and includes Pick
Up, Diagnostic and Basic repair, not including parts and tolls. If
you choose to drop off your PC via appointment only, cost would
be Only $100.00.

upgrades or IT Consulting. All of our client's who are on this
plan, would also be charged a discounted rate of $55.00 per
hour after the 8 hours is depleted. We would be your
personal computer specialist on call.
